Tantus|OnPoint operates and maintains FAA’s Oracle Federal Financial systems, providing business process support and implementing enhancements and upgrades to these systems. We provide program management and oversight of functional and technical support for ABA’s mission critical financial systems and processes. Tantus|OnPoint provides planning needs analyses, operational impact assessments, engineering and operational systems design, technology assessments, and cost benefit studies.
Services include system software technical support, help desk resources for application and system support, statutory reporting and financial statement development, training and communications, burdening process support, and financial policies and procedures support.
Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) – Enterprise Information Support Services (EISS)
OnPoint manages FMS’s mission-critical financial systems that process $58 billion in cash flow daily. We provide support to 30 payment/credit systems and 9 reporting systems. We manage over 200 Intel servers, an IBM pSeries mid-tier platform, portioned into the equivalent of 200 servers, and IBM mainframe systems.
OnPoint provides technical support for the FMS Infrastructure and all mission critical systems. This includes support of mainframe, UNIX mid-tier systems, LAN & WAN, WAN security, Citrix, help desk, AIX mid-tier operations, database administration, middleware operations and Lotus Notes administration.
Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) – Information Assurance Response Center (IARC)
OnPoint manages the NNSA Security Operations Center (SOC) by providing 24x7x365 security monitoring for NNSA’s classified and unclassified Enterprise Secure Networks (ESN).
Services provided include cyber incident response, situational awareness, centralized enterprise security log monitoring and management, IT support, financial and property management, hosting, collaboration and file sharing, classified incident management, forensic analysis and tracking, maintenance of the Incident Tracking System, program management support, procurement of office supplies and other administrative services.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) – Information Technology Service Management PMO
OnPoint provides process engineering, IT service management, analysis, recommendations and implementation of best practices and most cost effective methodologies.
The scope of services includes analyzing compliance with mission and strategic goals, and performance measures in support of DISA’s Campaign Plan implementation; providing analyses, studies and reports addressing acquisition issues and approaches for applying industry and government best practices. OnPoint’s ITIL and Lean Six Sigma experts advise DISA in the latest advancements and trends in IT standards and their potential applicability at DISA. OnPoint has also assisted in the creation of the DISA Enterprise Services Management Framework.
